The strongest and most devastating of which was the Dallas Tornado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Rating: EF-3<\/li><li>Winds: 140 mph<\/li><li>Start Time: 8:58pm<\/li><li>End Time: 9:30pm<\/li><li>Track: 15.75 miles<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other tornadoes touched down in Rowlett, Midlothian, Ferris, 2 in Kaufman County, Garland, Rockwall, and Wills Point. The one that hit Dallas was among the strongest to ever hit the city of Dallas.
